IN NO EVENT WILL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF ENTERPRISE TECHNOLOGY GROUP, LLC FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Enterprise Technology Group, LLC FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Enterprise Technology Group, LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of this Notice or our Terms of Use, your misrepresentation of DeclassifyAI content, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Release of Claims
